We offer 14-day return policy from the moment you receive the package.

In order to return your product:

• The items must be in perfect, unused condition and repackaged in their original packaging.
• You need to contact us within 14 days and the order must be returned within 30 days after you have received your package.

We offer free domestic returns (Finland)

Rest of the world: Shipping fees associated with returns are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded. Mortar Inc. is not responsible for any return shipping charges or lost returns.

After we have shipped your order you should receive an email with your tracking number.

You can track your order with either Posti or UPS.
